MINUTES OF THE WOLVERHAMPTON SHAMROCK CELTIC SUPPORTERS' CLUB OPEN MEETING HELD ON MONDAY, 30th JUNE 2003 AT THE EMERALD CLUB, WOLVERHAMPTON

1. Arsenal Game
Phil stated that 28-30 names had been received to travel to the game, and deposits had been requested.

2. Fulham Game
It was decided that there would be no club trip to this game, but tickets were available if members were interested.

3. Memberships
Phil stated that 24 memberships, along with payment had been received so far. It was decided that membership forms should be left behind the bar, and posters made up to advertise the fact.

4. Memorabilia
Peter stated that two Celtic shirts had been framed to put up in The Emerald, along with a donated picture and framed photos from the Celtic Shop. Any further quality items were also requested.

5. Newsletters
Contributions were requested for future newsletters.

6. Celtic Roadshow - Swindon Shamrock
Phil mentioned a forthcoming event in Swindon and thought that the club should have a presence there.

7. Games for new season
It was decided that the club should order 18 tickets for targeted games. The games decided on after much deliberation were:

16-08-03 Dundee Utd
20-09-03 Motherwell
18-10-03 Hearts
08-11-03 Dunfermline Weekend Trip
29-11-03 Partick Thistle
31-01-04 Kilmarnock
28-02-04 Livingston
10-04-04 Aberdeen

8. Next Meeting
It was decided that the next open meeting would be on Monday 4th August 2003. The meeting was then closed.
