in next newsletter. A deadline date of (please insert it, as I can’t remember
what was said) was suggested.
Newsletters/Membership cards/Emerald membership cards
To advertise the fact a club trip will be run on March 12th it has been agreed
to send out a newsletter.
The club has handed over a cheque to the Emerald club which will make our members,
members of the Emerald club, this membership card will be sent out with newsletter.
After a few problems our own club memberships cards are now ready and these
will also be sent with Newsletter

possible and that the Emerald does take notice of attendances and bar takings
when Celtic games are shown live

Raffle/Club Donation
It had been decided in wake of the Asia disaster that are club should donate
something to the appeal, therefore the raffle which was taken around on the
day of the old firm game was donated, this came to £120. And it was decided
by the committee that we would times by two that amount and send a cheque to
the Celtic Association appeal fund for the amount of £360, it was suggested
by Roy Simpson the club send £500 this was voted on and was decided to
stick with the £360
Birmingham Meeting
It was mentioned that a gathering of Celtic Supporters clubs from the Midlands
and the South was taking place in Birmingham on Sunday 16th of January.
It was decided we would be sending three delegates to this meeting, those being
Phil Kelly, Roy Simpson and John Parson.
A report of the meeting will be made at next Wolverhampton Shamrock meeting
Next Open Meeting
It was discussed that the next open meeting should take place on a Sunday to

time to be included in next newsletter
AOB
Phil mentioned for people wishing to go up to Celtic when no club trip organised
that there is a mini bus which goes to most Celtic home games from Birmingham,
names and telephone numbers will be sourced before the sending of newsletter.
Phil Kelly thanked Mick for his time and help in putting up Sky sports banners and asked when free to put the last one up, Mick suggested in the next two weeks.
